Internal reporting system
This reporting system is intended for employees of Promet Czech and for persons who became aware of unlawful conduct within the scope of Promet Czech's activities in connection with the performance of their work or other similar activity.
Information prior to filing a report
The whistleblower should act in the public interest and in good faith, believing that the report they are filing is based on credible facts and circumstances.
The whistleblower should be able to identify the areas affected by the unlawful conduct and consider what verifiable information they can provide about the reported unlawful conduct. The scope and quality of the information provided can have a positive impact on how the report is investigated.
Reports can also be made anonymously
In the case of an anonymous report, the anonymous whistleblower does not enjoy protection under the Whistleblower Protection Act until their identity is revealed. It is up to the obligated entity to decide whether to deal with an anonymous report.
In the case of an anonymous report, it is also useful to provide a telephone number or email address through which the whistleblower can be contacted while maintaining anonymity. The inability to contact the whistleblower may negatively affect the investigation of the report.
The whistleblower may submit the report in person, by telephone, in writing via a postal service provider, or by email:
designated person: Ing. Petr Holibka
email: oznamovatel.pbu@prometgroup.eu
telephone: +420 725 951 231
address:
